About your Therapist

 

My mission is to empower our community one person at a time with my Bodywork and Massage treatments. Each session is customized with YOUR progress and results in mind. I have helped 4000+ people and recognize how important it is that we maintain our body through life's phases. The modalities I offer have hugely helped me (and many others) experience relief after enduring a variety of discomforts, mobility issues, traumas, and more.

 

Everyone is different- but my bodywork is universal. No two postures or holding patterns are exactly the same and you deserve a plan of action that will give you individualized results. I am tremendously honored and grateful to help facilitate a better quality of life in those around me.
