Structural Integration

90 minutes: $200
(10 series / 10 sessions) minutes: $2000

Structural Integration employs soft tissue manipulation with the goal of realigning the body in relationship to the force of gravity. Often due to an injury or the aging process, the body's range of motion decreases and we feel discomfort. We aim to loosen the tightened spaces by manipulating the connective tissues. Practitioners typically prescribe a specific sequence of ten sessions lasting 900+ minutes (in 90 minute intervals in the span of a couple months) in order to integrate a foundation of stability for the entire body. Truly a transformative experience.

Myofascial Release

90 minutes: $187
120 minutes: $250

Myofascial release is a dry handed technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. This treatment differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles, nerves, blood vessels, and more. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. The manual manipulation of this excessive build up of fascia can free the body's structures to move optimally. Revitalizing.
